Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a breakfast and hotel assistance staff member. This role involves providing excellent guest service, supporting food service operations, and ensuring a welcoming setting for hotel guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service, with a strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Duties
Prepare and serve breakfast to hotel guests in a timely and qualified manner
Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Manage food handling and safety protocols according to health regulations
Operate POS systems for meal orders and transactions, including Micros POS if applicable
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular cleaning routines
Support hotel staff with guest services, including answering questions and providing information about hotel amenities
Assist with meal setup, replenishing supplies, and ensuring smooth operation during service hours
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences





Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic cooking skills and experience with meal preparation are advantageous
Experience in hotel settings or as a barista can be beneficial but not mandatory
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during breakfast service times
