Three Seasons Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead our installation crew. We're seeking a motivated leader who takes pride in building exceptional landscapes, leads by example, and isn't satisfied until the job is done right.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of landscape installation experience, including leading a crew.
Extensive experience in both hardscape (pavers, retaining walls, grading, base preparation) and softscape (planting, sod, trees, shrubs, mulch).
Bobcat (skid steer) experience is required.
Keen eye for detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Takes pride in their workmanship and genuinely cares about the finished product.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be able to speak, read,



and write English fluently.
Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
Clean driver's abstract with a minimum 3 years of continuous insurance history in your own name.
Reliable transportation to our shop north of Ardrossan (no public transit available).
