Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside a professional crew to bring custom homes and renovation projects from start to finish, contributing to high-quality builds that reflect our company’s standards.

Responsibilities:
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site
Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, installation, and finishing work
Install windows, doors, roof trusses, sheathing, and hardware
Frame walls, floors, and structural components
Safely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
Set up and work from ladders and scaffolding as required
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project timelines
Read and interpret building plans




Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of carpentry experience
Experience in custom home building or residential renovations
Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
Knowledge of job site safety standards and procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license required
