Due to increased volume in Sales, Roadway Auto Regina is expanding its sales team. We are looking for well-spoken and enthusiastic individuals to help market our diverse product line of vehicles. Our non-commission pay plan is aggressive and rewarding. What we offer -Base salary + volume-based bonus, Paid Vacation, Health and Dental insurance, and Industry-leading training. Previous sales or call center experience would be an asset but is not required. Roadway Auto will provide its employees with a complete training program. A valid Saskatchewan driver's license is required.

Main Objectives
Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
Negotiating terms and payment options with clients
Verifying credit applications
Keeping all sales records stored for inventory processing
Accompanying clients on test drives
Assessing the value of trade-in vehicles.
Preparing all sales or lease paperwork and ensuring these will be processed and stored accordingly.




Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.

Requires skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Class 5 Driver's License
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong product knowledge with skills to properly relay information to clients
Excellent ability to read consumers and gauge their product needs
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a good relationship with them
A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
