Join YMCA BC in Richmond as a School Age Program Leader, creating impactful experiences for children ages 5–12 in a casual on-call capacity. Engage, inspire, and support the growth of every child. In this dynamic role at YMCA BC, you will help facilitate a nurturing before and after school workplace.

You will channel your passion for working with children into designing activities and providing personalized guidance. Building a robust rapport with children, colleagues, and families will be essential for successful program delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging programs that meet YMCA standards
Lead fun indoor and outdoor activities supporting wellness
Supervise and mentor new staff and volunteers effectively




Foster relationships with children and families for exceptional service
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety requirements Requirements:
At least 19 years of age with relevant childcare experience
Solid planning and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and commitment to confidentiality
Emergency First Aid & CPR certification required
