Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with precision and care.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash or card payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
Restock supplies, ingredients,



and packaging materials as needed to keep the shop fully stocked.
Follow food safety regulations diligently, including proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a food industry setting or as a barista is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during peak hours.
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and processing transactions efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work as part of a team in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
