Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes




Provide friendly customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously

Qualifications
Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture as needed
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
Basic laundry skills including washing, folding, and ironing
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
