Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a protected and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Execute commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation are met.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly.
Conduct heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving furniture or equipment for thorough cleaning.
Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.




Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning processes is advantageous.
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required by the job.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.
