Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cricket Coach to join our dynamic cricket academy. This role offers an exciting chance to nurture young talent, develop cricket skills, and promote a love for the game. Duties
Design and implement engaging cricket training sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups
Teach fundamental cricket techniques, including batting, bowling, fielding, and game strategies
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among participants
Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Organize and manage practice drills, League matches, and mini-tournaments to enhance learning experience
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities




Support the overall development of players by integrating fitness routines.

Requirements
Proven experience in teaching or coaching cricket at youth or amateur levels
Strong knowledge of cricket rules, techniques, and game strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athlete
Passion for sports education and youth development
Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to coaching and mentorship
