Your role includes supporting the Store Manager with sales strategies and driving operations in one of YETI's vibrant stores. With at least three years in retail management, you’ll harness your skills in team building, customer interaction, and sales to create meaningful connections with customers. You will advocate for the YETI brand while ensuring a dynamic store setting. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive store profitability through effective operations
Assist in defining daily sales goals and team communication
Execute visual merchandising in line with brand standards
Manage community events and drive engagement
Teach team members to use current technology efficiently Requirements:
Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
Experience with technology implementations
Robust passion for outdoor lifestyles
