Summary

We are seeking a Parts Associate to join our agile team at LARRY'S SMALL ENGINES located just north of Orangeville, ON. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and support to our customers while engaging with a variety of products in the powersports and lawn & garden sectors.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
Assisting customers with apparel, parts, and accessory inquiries - in-person, telephone, and email
Support sales efforts by engaging with customers and promoting products
Manage inventory levels and assist with stocking items
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals




Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
Contribute to a welcoming setting for both customers and staff

Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast, retail-based workplace.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
Experience in sales or retail environments is preferred
Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus
A team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills
Previous dealership experience is advantageous
