Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality
Handle food safely by following proper hygiene, storage, and sanitation procedures
Assist with food handling tasks including portioning, plating, and packaging
Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly
Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment




Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth meal service delivery

Skills
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting under pressure
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Basic understanding of meal preparation and kitchen operations
