LiftBridge Collective is hiring a full-time Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is an in-person, customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting recent people, developing professional relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will communicate directly with customers in person. You will have face-to-face conversations, answer questions, explain available products and services, and help guide customers through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do As a Client Relations Associate:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and priorities
Explain available products and services clearly and professionally
Answer questions and provide accurate information
Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account process
Follow up with customers when needed
Maintain a professional approach during every customer interaction
Work with the team to meet individual and team performance goals





What We’re Looking For In a Client Relations Associate:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Skilled and confident personality
Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and communicate solutions
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a goal-oriented workplace
Previous experience is welcome but not required
