Lume Kitchen & Lounge is looking for an experienced individual that can lead a team of cooks and chef for a brunch service. We are seeking motivated individuals with 3–4 years of restaurant kitchen experience who are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Our Brunch is an upscale dining experience. Brunch starts at 10:00am and finishes at 3:00.
This individual will be responsible for reporting to the executive chef regarding staffing, ordering and menu development.

We are looking for a someone who is punctual, qualified and can take lead and keep control under pressure.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
Previous line cook experience required




Ability to remain organized and focused during busy service
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant health & safety standards
Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
