Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with a range of tools and machinery. The Welder will contribute to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and precision at all times.

Duties
Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal parts according to detailed blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine welding specifications
Operate plasma cutters, press brake machines, and power tools to shape and assemble metal components
Use calipers, hand tools, and machining equipment to measure, cut, and assemble parts accurately
Rigging and positioning materials using cranes or forklifts for welding or assembly processes
Conduct quality inspections of welds and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
Assist in the assembly of ductwork, structural components, or mechanical systems as needed




Maintain a clean and safe work setting by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of materials

Qualifications
Proven experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, plasma cutting, and blueprint reading
Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing, construction, or ductwork applications
Familiarity with crane operation, forklifts, press brake machines, machining tools, calipers, hand tools, and power tools
Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes
Knowledge of rigging procedures and safety standards in industrial settings
Robust attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
