Hong Liao Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team!
Duties
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials to ensure efficiency and safety
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols
Manage patient records using Cleardent dental practice management software
Provide exceptional customer service as a dental receptionist, greeting patients and scheduling appointments
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health best practices
Maintain sterilization standards and ensure all dental equipment is properly sanitized and organized
Skills
Proven experience with dental assisting procedures and patient care techniques
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and the front desk staff
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy dental setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of dental office procedures, including sterilization protocols and radiography safety standards
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while providing outstanding patient service
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
