Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, solid communication skills. This role involves providing personalized instruction in various subjects, with a focus on fostering confidence and academic success. The Tutor will work closely with students to identify their needs and develop effective learning strategies in a supportive environment.

Duties
Provide group tutoring sessions in subjects such as Math and Chemistry up to grade 12
Assist students with homework, test preparation, and understanding complex concepts.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure improvement.
Support students with special education needs by applying appropriate teaching strategies.




Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere to motivate students and build confidence.

Qualifications
Experience working with children in an educational or tutoring setting.
Robust knowledge of Math and Chemistry or related subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, including those requiring special education support.
Passion for education and helping students succeed in their academic pursuits.
