We are currently hiring experienced Warehouse Pickers to join our team. The primary responsibility will be picking pet food orders using a Vocollect headset in a rapid-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick pet food orders using a Vocollect voice-picking headset
Operate a Walkie / Double End Rider (Raymond) safely and efficiently
Repetitively lift products weighing up to 50 lbs, including lifting from floor level to shoulder height
Build and organize pallets accurately according to customer orders
Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Productivity Expectations
Standard KPI:
approximately 170 cases per hour
Approximately 2 pallets per hour, depending on order volume and product mix
Candidates should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced, productivity-driven workplace
Requirements
Previous experience operating a Walkie / Double End Rider (Raymond) is required
Previous order-picking experience is strongly preferred
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with repetitive physical work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required for assessment
