Job Summary
Our school is seeking a passionate and experienced Chinese Dance Teacher to teach both children and adult students. We are looking for someone who can create engaging, supportive classes for students of different ages and skill levels while sharing the beauty and traditions of Chinese dance.

Duties
Teach Chinese dance classes for children, teenagers, and adults.
Teach students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons appropriate for different ages and abilities.
Teach Chinese dance techniques, choreography, musicality, flexibility, coordination, and performance skills.
Introduce students to Chinese dance traditions, styles, and cultural background.
Create a positive, welcoming, and professional classroom environment.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of both younger students and adult learners.
Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications




Proven experience with tutoring, teaching, or instructing dance or related activities
Strong knowledge of dance styles suitable for children and beginners
Excellent dance technique and knowledge of Chinese dance.
Patient, energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching.
Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
Ability to teach students with different experience levels.
Experience preparing students for performances or competitions is an asset.
Formal dance training, certification, or skilled performance experience is an asset.
