We embrace inclusiveness to utilize each person’s talents and strengths.ResponsibilitiesProduce and manufacture folding carton products using materials such as polyethylene, polyurethane, honeycomb, etc., in an accurate and timely fashion.Ensure finished goods are packaged and tagged accurately to be ready for shipping.Use tools such as a heat gun to bond product parts.Operate machines such as a large die‑cutting press, small bandsaw,



and pallet jack to move materials.Follow processes and systems, fill and forward paperwork accurately and on time.Complete orders on time and maintain our 99 % on‑time delivery goal.Continuously look for ways to improve process efficiencies in foam product manufacturing.Ensure product quality, maintain equipment operation, and report problems to appropriate personnel.Count inventory as required.Make samples as required.Qualifications and SkillsEffective communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.Ability to work well with people in a team environment.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Desire to learn and succeed.Valuable organizational skills and reliable work habits.Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.Previous machine‑operating experience is preferred.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with lifting, bending, and moderate physical exertion required.BenefitsGLBC offers employee‑based recognition and reward programs, including profit sharing, continuous improvement incentives, and company‑wide performance goals.
