This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced gym manager, fitness manager, or sales manager looking to grow with a globally recognized fitness brand.Wage$55,000 – $70,000 per year + performance-based bonuses (Compensation based on experience and qualifications)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in driving club performance, revenue growth, and member retentionLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and fitness teamManage sales targets, KPIs, lead generation, and conversion ratesOversee daily gym operations, including staffing, scheduling, and payrollBuild and grow corporate partnerships and local business relationshipsDeliver exceptional customer service and member experienceRecruit, train, and develop team members, including performance managementExecute marketing initiatives, community outreach, and club eventsCollaborate with departments including HR, marketing, personal training,
