This includes scheduling & production of jobs by your assigned painter crews, staffing, necessary training, and monitoring hourly production. Your team's KPIs include averaging 40+ hours of weekly production per painter, maintaining a customer review rating of 98%, and keeping gross profit margins consistent with past years.Flex hours starting as early as 7:30 am and ending as late as 8 pm, with some weekend work during busy seasons.This is NOT a typical 9 am to 5 pm job. We work until the job is completed. If predictable daily hours are essential,
