Chu Cho Industries LP. (CCI) is a resource and heavy construction company that works primarily within the forestry, mining, and transportation industries within the Mackenzie FSA. We operate two industrial properties in Mackenzie, BC which include an 1800 sq. ft. shop on a 5-acre lot and a contemporary 10,000 sq. ft. shop and office complex on a 10-acre lot. Administration, Accounting, and Management for CCI is based in Prince George BC, with prospects to work in Mackenzie.

Summary

Chu Cho Industries is currently looking for a Skidder Operator to work in the Mackenzie Forest District on a 2 week on / 1 week off schedule. Camp accommodations are provided.

Qualifications:
Comfortable with remote camp work
Minimum of 5 years' skidder operating experience required
Punctual, committed to being on time for every shift
Can safely and skillfully operate equipment
Can follow instruction and work well with other employees, displays a “team player” attitude




Must have a desire to show up for work consistently
Must have a Class 5 drivers license or higher
Able to work comfortably and maintain high levels of performance during 12-hour shift

Skills:
Able to follow company policies and procedures
Able to perform Pre-Trip inspections on equipment and report deficiencies
Knowledge of maneuvering equipment on various terrain
Knowledge of Safety standards while operating on steep slopes
