Summary
The Greenhouse Labourer is responsible for the prompt and accurate assembly of customer orders from the greenhouse production facilities based on a strong knowledge of Bradford Greenhouses’ product and product availability. This individual will confirm that all orders are accurate and assembled free from defects in a neat presentation. This individual will assemble, create, pick, and prepare product for shipments for the loading facilities. The Production Worker will be required to follow all safe work policies and procedures and work to maintain a clean greenhouse setting. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

Job Duties
Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants
Mix and prepare soils
Plant bulbs and seeds
Pot and re-pot plants




Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
Clean work area

Experience and Requirements
Knowledge of Perennials, bedding plants, cut flowers, seasonal plants, and vegetables
Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Repetitive tasks
