Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our energetic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling dishes
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly following food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen workplace




Support meal preparation for various menu items, ensuring consistency and presentation

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Robust understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage
Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
