We’re a quick-paced logistics company operating across North America, seeking a Skilled Load Booking Specialist who thrives in detail-oriented environments and can communicate clearly and professionally. Responsibilities
Manage booking of at least 20–30 loads per week on platforms such as DAT, Loadlink, or equivalent.
Confirm load details (rates, pickup/delivery, equipment) with brokers, clients, and carriers—verifying accuracy within 60 minutes.
Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality.
Provide written updates (email/portal) and timely verbal communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Minimum 2 years of direct load booking experience, specifically on load boards like DAT or Loadlink. Please list the platforms you’ve used.




Fluent professional-level English—both written and spoken; you must be able to draft emails clearly and discuss complex load details over the phone.
Proven ability to manage 20+ bookings per week accurately and efficiently.
In-depth familiarity with U.S. & Canadian geography and major freight corridors.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organized workflow.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with cross-border freight processes, customs, or import/export documentation.
Robust analytical thinking and the ability to resolve issues quickly under pressure.
Demonstrated negotiation skills or experience managing rate agreements or freight claims.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment.
