Pivotal Staffing Solutions is hiring Bakery Production & Packaging Workers for a busy and established food manufacturing facility in Cambridge.

This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can perform well in a fast-paced production setting. Previous manufacturing or food production experience is an asset, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Assist with bakery and food production processes
Prepare and handle ingredients following established procedures
Package, label, and inspect finished products
Operate production machinery safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace health & safety procedures
Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks as required




Work with the production team to meet daily production goals
Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
Previous food manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience is an asset
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes required

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
