Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions regarding menu items.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and handling.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other supplies.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and preparation is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Ability to drive a pick-up truck and trialer is a plus but not required.
