Nesbridge is a bespoke capital advisory services firm with over 28 years of experience. We specialize in Structured Financing large capital-intensive businesses in North America gain access to financial solutions beyond the conventional offerings of traditional banks or brokers.

We are seeking a dynamic Investment Director to lead our capital raising initiatives in commercial real estate located in Canada & USA.

This is a commissioned fees per transaction based role responsible for capital raising and deal origination in building recent clients in addition to fostering existing clients relationships.

Team members join a niche advisory industry that values expertise, rigor, and long‑term client relationships.

YOU HAVE:
Capital Raising, Deal Origination and Business Development experience
Agile personality with valuable listening, communication abilities, including negotiation skills
Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment,



and commitment to deliver bespoke capital strategies and ensure that client engagements are well-structured, compliant, and aligned with market conditions
Relevant experience in capital markets, private equity, commercial real estate, or financial advisory
Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

MUST HAVE:
Previous experience capital raising for commercial real estate transactions
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus

NICE TO HAVE:
Experience working in investment banking, brokerage, advisory firms, or similar fields

Pay: $4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
