We’re looking for a committed, detail-focused Line Cook & Prep cook to join our culinary team. This is a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen where precision, consistency, and professionalism are essential. What You’ll Do:
Execute dishes to spec with accuracy and speed during service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, prep, and station organization
Support daily prep and follow through on closing duties
Uphold food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and respond to direction quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
Strong knife skills, a sense of urgency, and high attention to detail
Dependable and consistent, with excellent time management




A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute
Passion for food, ingredients, and qualified growth
