Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. This role requires robust mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Duties
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
Repair or replace faulty components with precision and efficiency
Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and recommend solutions
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for all personnel





Experience
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role with a solid understanding of mechanical systems
Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in repair work
Solid mechanical knowledge applicable to industrial or automotive equipment preferred
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively
Prior experience with preventive maintenance programs is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.08-$44.26 per hour
