Job Responsibilities
As a Club Operations Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
· Preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
· Preparing specialty coffees and espresso-based beverages using an espresso machine.
· Serving food and beverages to members and guests.
· Taking customer orders and processing payments.
· Clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
· Restocking food, beverages, and supplies throughout your shift.
· Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
· Providing friendly, professional customer service at all times.
· Working efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
This role often involves cooking and serving at the same time. Most shifts will overlap with another staff member; however,
there will be times when you are responsible for operating independently. The successful candidate must be comfortable working both as part of a team and on their own.
Qualifications
· Smart Choices Certificate (required).
· Food Handler Certificate (required).
· Previous experience working in a restaurant, café, bar, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
· Experience using an espresso machine is considered an asset.
· Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
· Ability to work in a quick-paced setting with minimal supervision.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to provide exceptional customer service.
