We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Roofing Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
Safely install roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, or membrane systems according to project specifications and blueprints
Prepare roofing surfaces by removing old materials and ensuring proper surface conditions for recent installations
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to cut, shape, and secure roofing components
Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment to reach high or hard-to-access areas
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to execute precise installations
Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofing systems




Conduct inspections during and after installation to verify quality standards and safety compliance

Requirements
Proven experience with construction work, especially roofing or related trades such as carpentry or handyman services
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used in roofing installation
Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and construction plans accurately
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and seams effectively
Prior experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical instructions is highly desirable
Construction experience combined with handyman skills is a strong plus for this role

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
