Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury products, floral design, and creating an exceptional client experience. You will represent our brand in-store, helping customers find the perfect arrangements while maintaining our boutique’s aesthetic and standards.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients as they enter the boutique.
Provide personalized recommendations and assistance in selecting the perfect floral arrangements.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings and seasonal collections.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an inviting store workplace.




Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales.
Passion for luxury florals and a keen eye for design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
