Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the kitchen team during busy service times to ensure timely meal delivery
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant,



or kitchen environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and food handling
Basic understanding of the food industry standards for hygiene and safety
