Duties

-Operating Cash/ POS (Square)
-Taking orders over the phone with proper etiquette and menu knowledge
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in the development and planning of menus
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor food stock levels
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures

Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This position is available starting ASAP and will finish beginning of November; weather dependent this may go longer. Possibility of full time work next season for the right candidate.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
