We are looking for motivated Construction Labourers to join our team. Both entry-level and experienced workers are encouraged to apply. This role involves assisting with a variety of construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a physically demanding setting.

Responsibilities
Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials around the job site.
Support skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and other construction activities as needed.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Perform heavy lifting and physical labour throughout the workday.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations.
Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials when required.
Help with demolition, site setup, and other labour-related tasks.

Requirements




Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work setting.
