Overview
Poke Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Line Server to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing great food and service.

As a Line Server, you will be responsible for serving customers, preparing poke bowls and other menu items, operating the POS system, maintaining a clean and organized work area, restocking ingredients and supplies, and supporting the team with daily restaurant operations.

Previous restaurant experience or food safe level 1 is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right person. Food safety knowledge and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Refill beverages, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills
Prior restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety, and proper food handling procedures
Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
