Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support earthwork projects, site development, and construction activities. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders with precision and safety awareness
Conduct routine inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance
Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling tasks




Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work workplace
Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and inspections.

Qualifications
Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or earthmoving environments
Valid certification in heavy equipment operation (e.g., excavator, bulldozer) is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of safety standards related to heavy equipment use
Valid driver’s license with commercial driving endorsement preferred
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
