Job Overview
We seek an EXPERIENCED, dedicated and passionate teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and be committed to fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires effective communication, organizational abilities, and the capacity to educate and inspire students while collaborating with fellow educators. This is not a position for an ECEA. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience.

Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
Lead classroom activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing workplace conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom dynamics.
Utilize computer operation skills for administrative tasks, including maintaining student records and preparing reports.
Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers, fostering their qualified growth through mentorship.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and special education needs.
Organize classroom materials and resources efficiently to enhance the learning experience.
Monitor student behaviour and academic performance,



implementing strategies for improvement as needed.

Experience
Proven experience in Early Childhood Education.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a classroom or educational environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer operation for educational purposes, including software for lesson planning and communication.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with students, parents, and colleagues.
Familiarity with innovative teaching methods, such as positive guidance is required.
