We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the store while their vehicles are being serviced.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from designated locations.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Assist with customer check-in and other support duties as required.
Follow all company policies and safe driving procedures.
Maintain accurate trip records when required.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to meet company insurance requirements.
Robust customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the day.
Previous driving or customer service experience is considered an asset.
