Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties:
Package finished products for shipment
Operate machinery, such as chop saws, Resaws, moulders and Finger Joint machines
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
Assist with setup and maintenance of equipment
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Familiarity with forklifts is a plus
Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills




Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
