Join Team Tiger where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow in various work settings. As a Traffic Control Person, you will be responsible for managing traffic patterns, directing vehicles, and ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce traffic control plans to maintain secure and organized traffic flow
Direct vehicles and pedestrians to ensure safe passage through work zones
Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to coordinate traffic movements
Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades
Monitor work areas for potential hazards and address any safety concerns promptly
Coordinate with construction crews to ensure smooth traffic operations during projects
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Valid BCCSA License.
Clean driver abstract for LCTs.

Positions available full time only.
Traffic Control Persons
-Lane Closure Technicians
Experience:
Experience in paving or road construction industry
Proficiency in heavy equipment operation for traffic control purposes
Ability to read and interpret traffic control plans
Strong communication skills to effectively direct traffic and communicate with team members
Knowledge of building temporary structures for traffic control purposes is an advantage
