We are looking for a Customer Service / Fulfillment Support team member to help keep our Uniform division running efficiently and ensure orders move smoothly through production and shipment. If you are someone who likes to stay organized, solve problems, keep things moving, and be part of a team, we'd like to hear from you. This is a vacant position.
In this role, you will work closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), the Uniform Team, Accounting, suppliers, and other departments to prioritize orders, manage inventory, coordinate returns, resolve issues, and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys keeping things moving.
The pay range for this position is: $18.00 to $19.00 depending on qualifications/experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30 pm.

What You'll Do
- Prioritize incoming and outgoing orders based on production requirements and customer ship dates.
- Process, organize, distribute, update, and file order paperwork and documentation.
- Coordinate date-specific orders and communicate required information to the appropriate team members.
- Prioritize inventory orders and pull required products to keep production moving efficiently.
- Receive inventory shipments and verify products against purchase orders for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
- Record inventory receipts and provide shipment information to Accounting.
- Identify and communicate shortages, incorrect products, or other discrepancies to Accounting, the Supervisor, and the appropriate CSR.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory spreadsheets.
- Restock and organize department inventory and help improve the layout and accessibility of warehouse areas.
- Create and maintain inventory areas and records for current stock as required.
- Coordinate and follow up on product returns, ensuring deadlines and required documentation are met.
- Prepare returns for shipment and maintain an organized Returns area.
- Communicate regularly with CSRs and colleagues regarding order status, production requirements, and potential delays.
- Follow up on items that are on hold or require Work Orders to help move products through production.
- Investigate Accounting, CSR, and departmental inquiries and help identify practical solutions.
- Maintain the Desk Items spreadsheet and ensure information is accurate and current.
- ·Assist with processing orders when required to meet departmental workload and customer deadlines.
- Prioritize and organize daily activities to manage changing workloads and deadlines effectively.
- Provide support to other areas of the company as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with ERP software is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who actively listens, offers assistance, respects others, and contributes to a positive team environment.
- Positive, motivated, and compassionate, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with others.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities.

- Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion.
Education and Experience Completion of secondary school. One year of industry-related experience or customer service experience, is necessary to carry out the Customer Service/Fulfillment Support role.
