Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist customers with order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Use data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, update account information, and document resolutions in our systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction patterns to suggest improvements in service delivery.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating patience, empathy,



and active listening during every interaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles with strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry processes.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a qualified demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
