Job Purpose: Coordinate production and output to meet sales requirements for all Automotive and Direct/Consignment customers

Duties:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, case management, supply chain, logistics, industrial distribution, or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive supply industry is an asset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Professional and confident in handling customer concerns and challenging situations.
- Experience with inventory control, production planning, or scheduling is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; AS400 and EDI experience is an asset.
- Quick learner.
- Provide customer service support to warehouses.

Education and Experience:

- Degree in Business Administration or College diploma in same or equivalent experience in the same field
- Superior knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Inventory control
- Proven customer support experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience, especially in a particular industry, preferred.




- Production planning and scheduling experience is a plus.
- Supply Chain experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
