- Plan and conduct engaging dance classes for children aged 6-12 years old.
- Instruct students in various dance techniques, choreography, and routines.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning setting to encourage students' growth and confidence.
- Organize and coordinate dance performances and events.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of all students during dance classes.
Skills:
- Proficient in hip-hop, and other dance styles with substantial knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the class.
- Exhibit patience and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire students on their dance journey.
- Possess prior experience working with children.
Work Details:
- Allocate 1 hour on-site each week from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM to lead the dance program, with the day of the week to be determined.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, send program updates, and keep the supervisor informed about developments related to the program ( remotely)
Pay: $60.00 per day
