Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Entry Keyer to work on a contract basis. The role involves accurately transcribing and inputting data from various sources into designated systems while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data from paper or digital formats into computer databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correct any identified discrepancies.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Maintain updated records and ensure data is organized and securely stored.
- Perform regular backups to prevent data loss and comply with data retention policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.




- Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security protocols.
