As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of technology products.
Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising and inventory management.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while meeting sales targets.
Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.




Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe setting.
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy retail hours.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer needs.
Proficient in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Solid organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
