Job Summary

Duties
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work setting to promote safety.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job site.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.





Experience
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Willingness to learn recent skills and take direction from experienced personnel.
